Pill imprint MYLAN 1049 MYLAN 1049 has been identified as Doxepin hydrochloride 10 mg.

Doxepin is used in the treatment of insomnia; anxiety; depression; urticaria; reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome (and more), and belongs to the drug classes miscellaneous anxiolytics, sedatives and hypnotics, tricyclic antidepressants. FDA has not classified the drug for risk during pregnancy.

Doxepin 10 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
