On the 8th August and from that time have not seen my periods and am looking forward to conceive now,I went to see a Doctor and he suggested that I start taking family planing pill so that my hormones can get back to normal and I may plan to conceive. Is this really the right way to go or I may need to take something else?.some one is telling me to try vitamin c which am not sure of,can I get some medication to take me back to my normal routine?
It is 'period' (singular). Sadly there is clearly key information we are missing (like having a nexplanon implant removed or a depo shot that has expired) as the story as it stands doesn't make too much sense except that you would like to have a child. Vitamin C will probably be as effective as a can of beer; I wouldn't have much faith in that story unless you have no vitaminC in your daily diet. Pre natal vitamins with extra folic acid/folate, by contrast, would be really helpful in preparing your body for pregnancy and the little fetus.
