I have an elderly friend who on occasion scares me and many of our friends half to death with the less than intelligent decisions he makes. Yesterday he was very 'loopy' and dazed, wandering around like a zobie. We told him to stay inside and asked what he took but he claimed he had no pills left. Needless to say he tried to walk to the corner store, took a tumble, but caught himself... With his right eye! After an expensive ride to the hospital er and a police visit, several stitches, this is the only one pill i have been able to find. I have pics but this site will not let me add them. White, oblong, 79 on one side, and a 3 on the other. Can you help me identify this pill please. Ty
Could it be this? Pill imprint E 79 has been identified as Zolpidem tartrate 10 mg.
Zolpidem is used in the treatment of insomnia and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous anxiolytics, sedatives and hypnotics.
There is no image in the above link, but please send in yours and hopefully they can be added to help others.
