I have been on Seroquel (quetiapine) 50mg for about two and a half months for my insomnia related to depression and anxiety, but I believe my tolerance has increased because I am struggling to sleep again even with the 50mg. I am seeing my doctor in a week and I am going to talk to him about it, but I want to sleep well due to responsibilities I have this week. Does anyone think this would cause more harm than good? Thank you!
The "normal dose" for Seroquel is around 300-400 mg. So I think there's no problem with you taking 75 mg AND then consult your therapist (which hopefully you did). How is it working for you now?
