Hello I've been on 7.5 for 3 weeks today! I haven't lost a pound! I actually lost on the 3.5 (starter dose). I drink plenty of water…exercise…drink protein shakes….still nothing!!! What am I doing wrong? This medication is too costly to not work. I'm disappointed
Same here and very frustrated. Been on 7.5 for one month and actually gained 3lbs more. I'm an active person who eats well, exercises regularly but has experienced recent unexplained weight gain over the past 4 months. My thyroid levels are normal (on meds for that), but continue to gain weight in spite of my healthy diet and exercise. Doc put me on qsymia to kick things into gear, but ended up heavier than when I started. At a total loss...
Sorry to hear it's not working for you, too. My doc has no answers and just told me not to renew the prescription.
Hi I had this problem also went all the way to strongest dose with no weight loss Too expensive to only maintain not lose Wish I could answer as to Why but know you are not alone I went back on just Phentermine works better for me and a lot cheaper but only works for a few months then you have to stop for a few and pray you Don't gain weight back Don't know what else to try Good luck to you!
