Your Cholesterol is not anwhere near mine. Have you tried adding good fish choices to your diet? Add Flax seed and Barleans oil and esp they now have an oil with good Olive Oil additives. I would certainly advise the physician about the jump in triglycerides. I have put on weight quickly with Simvastatin. I am stopping it and going to be aggressive with natural efforts at diet, heart healthy oils and up the exercise. Your cholesterol is within reach of bringing down with diet and exercise. It is worth it to address these changes if you have not done so already.
