Is 60mg of methylphenid the same as 120mg of adderall?

No. Methylphenidate is different from Adderall which is a Dextroamphetamine Saccharate, Amphetamine Aspartate, Dextroamphetamine Sulfate and Amphetamine Sulfate combination. Two very different drugs but both are used for treating ADHD.
