.for osteoarthritis. My hands still hurt sooo much... Help
I have been using 600 mg/day Tramadol and 300 Gabapentin 3x/day for Osteoarthritis. My hands hurt?

Rheumatologist... I mostly feel ok except my hands,finger joints and some knuckles... no swelling. I am very active older person .
see your doctor first. i have found that my arthritis is relieved by Aleve - but
not everything. Try exercising your fingers. Do you have a computer? If so,
exercise them on the keyboard - don't lean on your wrists, hold them up
so they don't get flattened down on the bottom of the keyboard.

Yes, i have seen a dr. Had to in order to get meds. Now considering injections into the painful joints of my fingers. I have an appt in Jan to see a Rheumatologist who does hand injections. Its now an act of DESPERATION !
hand clinic said they could not do anything for my hands. I also bought a hand wax machine. Thank you for kind suggestions. .
