Could you please list out which all medications you are currently taking? Some medications used for heart problems (say clonidine, verapamil, triamterine etc) can cause a difficulty in achieving erection.

The best thing for you to do is to speak to your Dr about the difficulty (and your lady-if she doesnt know already, she deserves to know as this could become a "point of contention" in your marriage) There may be medications (depending on what other meds you take) but if medications are not your answer there are other treatment available. You can also see a urologist to help with this matter.
