Due to insurance circumstances I was not able to stay in hospital or go to rehab to titrate. At discharge, physician left me 3 days short of my appointment with my Psychiatrist and would not budge! I am wondering what I will go through in these coming 3 days. Any experiences with this, or advice on how to manage to live through it??

I know you probably won't want to do this, but, ask a pharmacist. There are some meds that are not benzos that may help, Buspar and Vistaril, which are both prescription antihistamines used to keep people calm, instead of benzos. I hate that you are going through this and will say some Prayers for you. Talk to a pharmacist to see what is to be expected and if worse come to worse, go to a walk in dcotor's clinic and let them know you need help.
