None! This human drug could be fatal if given to a cat (or a dog).
The best thing for you to do would be to take the animal to your local vet or shelter for appropriate medications. It's kind of you to want to help the cat, but administering naproxen could certainly be life threatening for it as cats cannot metabolize human anti inflammatory medications or pain relievers.
