Was weaning off Paxil, for anxiety and PTSD, with my doctor's assistance. Weight and Cholesterol were being effected. Although things were going well at the 5 mg dose, I have at late been waking in the middle of the night with anxiety/panic. I've been trying to use yoga and meditation to help calm my mind before bed. Has anyone else had similar results from reducing their Paxil dose to 5 mg? and Has anyone had success with using yoga or meditation to reduce panic.
