Pill imprint IG 273 5 mg has been identified as Ramipril 5 mg.
Ramipril is used in the treatment of heart failure; diabetic kidney disease; high blood pressure; heart attack; left ventricular dysfunction and belongs to the drug class angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk during pregnancy.
Ramipril 5 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
