What is your MELD score, how high is your Bilirubin, Creatinine and Albumin? What about fluid retention, blood ammonia levels, blood phosphate level? Armed with that I can make a prediction which would be more or less similar to what a liver doctor would do
A couple of things you can do to help yourself is to get your Sodium intake from all listed sources down to around 1 gram/day (one sixth of a teaspoon). If you eat take away: fries, burgers, wraps, fried chicken and things like pork ribs; you don't anymore. If you drink, all bets are off.
