My friend had a tooth extracted; was given the usual nerve duller and a shot of something afterwards and a prescription for 325 mg tablets hydrocodone; He had prescription filled and began taking the hydrocodone a day later; The Hydrocodone made him very tired and dizzy. He is diabetic, is seventy-five years old; Is this dosage too high for him? Or should he have been prescribed hydrocodone at all for after pain from a tooth extraction?
crewcut. the 325 is the acetaminophen there is /? should be 5 or 10 that is the hydrocodone. and he should be just fine if he is having too many problems with feeling sick has him take just 1/2 at a time he can always take more but once he takes the whole thing you can't-do much anyway the pain should be getting better by tomorrow or call the dentist.
