Hi cgb, Is it possible there is part of the pill or part of the imprint code missing?
Unfortunately, we have been unable to find an exact match for the description of your pill.
There is however a pill with imprint WATSON 3202 which is white with red specks and oval in shape which would be worth taking a look at.
Pill imprint WATSON 3202 has been identified as Acetaminophen 325 mg and Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5 mg. It is a generic version of Norco (same combo as Vicodin) which is used for pain relief.
If this is not your pill, please let us know and we will keep on searching.
