If by 319 you mean tramadol, by M 357 you mean acetaminophen and hydrocodone, then it is best to avoid taking them together as there is potential for interaction between these medicines (please see 3rd link below). If your doctor has prescribed them together then they will probably need to start you off at low doses of both the medicines and will need to monitor you.
