Hi. I am new to this site, so bear with me. I am a 31 year old woman and have been taking pain pills for 4 years. now. Started at low doses and went up from there. Never took so much that I couldn't function and fall asleep.

I am now taking 30mg oxycodone pills. The immediate release ones. I take 3 a day plus. So about 100 mg/day.

I have started tapering off and in 3 days, I went down to 15 mg/day.

I feel like crap already but thankfully have no anxiety bc I am taking some Klonopin .5mg morning and 1mg at night to sleep. Have Panic Disorder, so anxiety is the worst part for me.

My question is how should I get thru the no energy part? I read on hear about L-Tyrosine? Does that work?

Any help you have would mean alot to me. Thank you for your time!
