Did anyone else experience these issues? I've been taking Wellbutrin XL since November, and it has done some wonders for me. However, I still don't feel any different with certain things: I have increased anger, irritation, and emotions, along with my mind constantly racing with thoughts (nothing suicidal). Also, I seem to cry easily at anything. I'm in college and this is causing me issues with concentrating/ getting work done. I go to my psychiatrist next week, is there anything I can mention about taking to alleviate these issues? I've tried so many antidepressants, and it feels like this one was working well in the beginning compared to others. Any recommendations?

I am so sorry for you. Bupropion ,the generic name , is best used in combination with an Ssri such as Zoloft. Anger is the symptom of your depression which you must first treat with an Ssri then the bupropion will help with energy levels and alertness more like caffeine or sugar does. Your doctor can suggest the right SSRI for you. Good luck.
