Vyvanse will take a lot longer for you to feel the effects. Also Vyvanse is straight dextroamphetamine, as opposed to the mixed salts of Adderall, and is broken down only when it reaches your liver, setting the claim as unable to abuse. 30mg of Adderall IR will seem to work better but wear off much more rapidly. If used to taking 30mg of Adderall then usually it coincides with 60mg of Vyvanse.
