about 4 hours or so ago I took two advil... my doc said I could take 3 if the cramps really hurt so I took another a few hours later... about an hour after I took 2 pamprin... is this ok?

It depends on the type of Pamprin you have. All contain acetaminophen at 500mg or 250mg. If you can, try to calculate your daily acetaminophen consumption (more than 4000mg in 24 hours is hard for your liver to process) But for 5 days it may not matter so much. I realise this is too late to matter now but you sound like you get some pretty full-on cramping. Next time try the two Pamprin first and wait about 30 minutes or maybe more to see the effect this has and then add the advil to that (not more than one please?).
