Clonidine patches are also available in 0.1mg dose, perhaps you could aks your doc to prescribe it in that strength, Clonidine patches cannot be cut or taped, please read in details about the patches on this link: https://www.drugs.com/pro/clonidine-patch.html
Take care, best wishes!
My son took 0.2mg clonidine (for a different reason, ADHD, at bedtime to help him sleep after taking Concerta) at a quite young age. He was about 10 or 11 when we went to 0.2mg and he was very little for his age and weighed way less than 100lbs so this shouldnt be too much for you. Clonidine can make you very sleepy and in adults it can drop your blood pressure so if you start getting dizzy when you stand up, you might need a smaller dose. You should not EVER take someone elses prescription, however. For one reason, it is a federal offense to take a prescription drug that is not prescribed to you no matter what drug it is. You should talk to your Dr and see if he will prescribe you your own medication. You might be better off using the pill version. At least then you can split the dose if you need to.
