I am 21 years old and very thin . I want to put on weight . any suggestions?

Hi, do you know the reason for your weight being low? i.e. have you had your thyroid checked for cushing's disease (hyperthyroidism)?
The best advice you can get would be from a nutritionist. They can draw up a complete dietary guide for you. This will help you to gain weight healthily, and at a steady rate. I would advise you to look in to (recommended/certified) nutritionists in you area, or you could consult one on-line.
