Hi, do you know the reason for your weight being low? i.e. have you had your thyroid checked for cushing's disease (hyperthyroidism)?
The best advice you can get would be from a nutritionist. They can draw up a complete dietary guide for you. This will help you to gain weight healthily, and at a steady rate. I would advise you to look in to (recommended/certified) nutritionists in you area, or you could consult one on-line. In the mean time, protein shakes are good to take alongside your usual 3 meals a day. I hope this helps a little?
