please be honest without scaring me as the panic will set in!
Hi, i agree with Dzoo's answer... i just advise that you take Diazepam when you need it, but don't over do it because they are addictive, and i know people who have had trouble discontinuing them when they felt they no longer needed them. Citalopram is a very good medication, i take it myself, have done for about 4 years. It does take time to kick in, and sometimes you may tend to feel worse before you feel better, but stick with it. They honestly changed my life for the better! Good luck and i hope you are feeling better soon.
