For a 20 year old I guess I've put my body through a lot. Scuba diver, marathon runner, tough mudder, cross country cyclist, 4 year track runner/pole vaulter, you name it. By my 20th birthday however, I feel like I've been hit by a truck.. every morning. (Currently a paratrooper in the U.S Army.) Feet & knees hurt, elbow joints lock then pop & over all it hurts to do anything. Is it healthy to start taking Advil in the mornings, such as they advertise with older people? I could go to the health clinic, but I don't know how to describe it. It's not one specific spot, it's everything really. I'm not sure how old people handle this, and I know what they mean. Give them props haha
20 years old, but feel like I'm 80?
