For the past three weeks I believe I have been experiencing the 'shedding phase' however it has mainly been affecting the hair on my head. I've read and understood that this is normal for lot of people and is proof that the product is working but I am concerned that the effects may become noticeable soon. I have been doing everything I can to reduce the loss as obviously I don't want people to notice, this includes using caffeine shampoo and wearing a hat to hopefully reduce the volume of hair falling out. I now realize that is this process is a cycle then the hair will in fact need to come out and therefore me trying to reduce it will not help. I'm just wondering if anyone knows a way that I can speed up this phase? Would it help to speed up this phase if instead of protecting the hair I brush it often to remove the ones that are destined to fall out? Any help and advice on the matter would be appreciated
