His null point is in the center so his doctor said surgery won't help anything. But his eyes still move a lot. Especially on the sides.
It's really difficult to say whether the nystagmus will go away. Please see information in link below.
We found out last year that my 2 year old (now 3) has nystagmus & he is slightly far sided. We have an upcoming ophthalmologist appt and I'm expecting good news. I've noticed over the last couple of months that the "shaking" of his eyes, mainly the right eye has gone away... I'll leave it to the pros to decide but I cannot see any shaking for the life of me! His right eye still turns inward though, when focusing on things. I may not have been much help but maybe a glimmer of hope that it can go away? I will update after his next appointment :)
