I assume your concerns are regarding breastfeeding your baby. Even though misoprostol (Cytotec) is secreted into breast milk (as metabolites) in smaller amounts, there are no published reports of adverse effects of misoprostol in breast-feeding infants of mothers taking misoprostol.
It would be good if you feed your baby about five hours AFTER taking cytotec as the amount excreted in milk, at this time, would be very small. Anyhow, better have a chat, regarding your concerns, with your physician.
