I'm only 14 and these have been my first time and he pulled out but I want to make sure I'm safe . DONE WITH SEX FOR AWHILE.
I'm so glad you ended with that last. 14 just makes me see purple. I hate to see girls this young complicate their life with sex. The tingling could be because it was the first time. The running to pee could be irritation too. Try drinking allot of water to dilute your urine and see if it helps. If it continues for a few days you may have a bladder infection.
If this was your "first time", the irritation is probably due to that and will go away in a couple days.
You are concerned about safe sex, and that is very wise of you. However, without a condom, there is no safe sex. Pulling out will not prevent a sexually transmitted disease or pregnancy. You only need a drop of semen for pregnancy to occur. In fact, I know of women who have gotten pregnant from just having a guy's penis rubbing on their vagina. Sperm can swim in your lubrication, right up to your eggs in your fallopian tubes!
It is no fun being pregnant at age 14. I'm so glad you are going to hold off on sex for awhile. When you do start having sex again, you MUST use condoms every single time.
