I have been on methylphenidate (in the form of Ritalin, not Focalin, however, and at a very high dose) and clonazepam .5 mg since I was sixteen. I have never experienced any side effects from combining the two. However, since one is a stimulant and the other a depressant, there is a possibility that they will cancel out some of each other's positive effects. On the other hand, methylphenidate can limit the drowsiness often experienced when taking clonazepam, I've noticed. They act on two completely different neurochemicals, though, so you don't need to worry about any direct interactions.
