When I was in 4th grade in the 1980's, I had a lot of anxiety. My adoptive parents called it "nervous stomach" (LOL) and took me to the doctor. He prescribed me this liquid (I couldn't swallow pills yet) that was dark green, clear (not creamy) and flavored like mint. It was a prescription, not something from the store. I had a really difficult time taking it and never made it through more than one bottle. I've always been curious what it might have been. I didn't have stomach issues, it was anxiety--that's just what my adoptive parents called it.
