I know I'm supposed to taper but I didn't. I take an over the counter sleepaid, try to drink lots of water, use essential oils, and on nights where I'm not sure I'll make it through I have a small dose of klonapin.
I have withdrawal symptoms like you cannot believe and have debated just hopping back on the Lexapro train but I'm not going to do that.
I have heard I need Vitamin D, and magnesium. I plan on getting those supplements today.
So, here's my question, what else can I be doing/what other supplements can I be taking in order to see this past 30 days?
