I haven't seen any weight loss. Has anyone had this happen to them? I've been exercising and watching carb intake.
I take no medication for weight loss; I eat what I call the 'death camp diet' which is 500 calories a day (equivalent to about a donut and a bit). Even with that it has taken 9 weeks to lose 15 pounds so don't expect a miracle in a couple of days. Your eyes are not normally so reliable as a set of digital bathroom scales which can be bought cheaply.
