I have a bad problem where I get chronic migraines, I have medicine, but I am not able to get exercise. We cannot afford greens or Healthy food, I want to loose weight and I need help. I don't have extra body fat on my arms, legs, or face. (This is a friend trying to help him out, and he always wear sweatshirts so I don't see his stomach area) my doctors have told me I need to get exercise and a healthy diet, but they don't understand that I rarely feel well, and can't afford healthy food. Is there anything simple I can do?
noname; Best you can do is get your parent or parents involved with your problem, But also it is pretty normal at 13 to be heavier than you well be as you get older and different things in your system kick in in the meantime you can do a lot just but taking a walk regularly. And also look at what your eating, toDrink more water and watch the portions that you have on your plate. But you really should not have to worry too much about your intake at this point. The best you can try is maybe drink a glass of water before meals so you feel fuller and don't really need to eat more. Try and stay away from soda, and other snack or treats. But it also looks like you are seeing a doctor and you should really talk with your doctor about a plan or if you even need one at this point. Best of luck to you but you really want to talk to your parents, and doctor before you really do much of anything.
