Is 10/500 oxycodone stronger than 10/500 hydrocodone and if so what is the equivilant of the two?

Oxycodone is stronger then hydrocodone. You can't take more of the hydrocodone to equal the oxy because of all the tylenol in it. Tylenol taken over a long time can damage your liver.

10mg of oxycodone is equivelent to 15mg hydrocodone

Dzoo is right, but please don't take 1 1/2 of hydrocodone at 500mg of tylenol in it. Ask for straight oxycodone without tylenol if you are prescribed it now.
