Is 10/500 oxycodone stronger than 10/500 hydrocodone and if so what is the equivilant of the two?

Dzoo is right, but please don't take 1 1/2 of hydrocodone at 500mg of tylenol in it. Ask for straight oxycodone without tylenol if you are prescribed it now.
