I have been having mild anxiety/panic on and off for the last month and a half and was only taking st. johns wort but it did not really help and had to finally ask my doctor for something that would calm me down, however I do not feel I need a high dose, just a little bit of help so I'm not tense, nervous, sad and upset, specially at work. Can anyone help? relate? I'm also afraid of addiction, I've never been addicted to anything but it still makes me a bit uneasy thinking that I would need this long term.
