Zoologic Milk Matrix 20/14

A milk replacer and nutritional supplement containing a medium level of lactose to be used in feeding wild and exotic non-domestic animals such as Zebra and Rhinoceros. Part of an integrated system designed to let you virtually match any mammal's milk.

Mixing Directions

There are some variations in the weight per unit volume of milk replacer powders. Therefore, the most accurate measurements are made by actually weighing the powder and water. For example, 25 grams of Milk Matrix 20/14 plus 75 grams of water will yield 100 grams of a reconstituted milk replacer containing 25% solids. If weighing is not possible, use the following volume measurements to reconstitute Milk Matrix 20/14 powder to the indicated concentrations:

Storage

Unblended Product

Refrigerate after opening. Discard if unused after 1 month.

Blended Powder

Refrigerate for up to one month.

Note

To extend storage life of opened or blended powder, freeze in sealed container; discard after six months. Unopened product may be frozen to extend shelf life for 6 months beyond the expiration date.
