This treatment applies to the following species:Zinc Methionine Complex
A nutritional feed ingredient for livestock and poultry. When used as a commercial feed ingredient it must be declared as zinc methionine. Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) No. 57.151. International Feed Number (IFN) 6-16-293. Zinc Methionine Complex. U.S. Patent No. 4,764,633 and 5,430,164. Canada Reg. No. 990583.

Physical Description
Water soluble tan powder with characteristic methionine-like odor. ZINPRO®180 weighs approximately 28 lb/cu. ft. and is packaged in 50 lb multiwall bags with 2 mil inserted polyethylene liners.
Solubility
One part ZINPRO 180 will dissolve in two parts hot water. One percent solution has pH of 4.5-5.0.
Feeding Instructions
Swine*: Add 0.44 lb (200 grams) per ton of complete diet.
Laying Hens, Broilers and Turkeys: Add 0.44 lb (200 grams) per ton of complete diet.
Dairy Cattle: Feed 2.0 grams per head daily, or 1 lb per 225 head daily.
Beef Cattle: Feed 2.0 grams per head daily, or 1 lb per 225 head daily.
Horses: Feed 2.0 grams per head daily.
Sheep*: Add 1.0 gram to the daily ration of 5 head, or 1 ounce to the daily ration of 140 head.
* Double recommended levels during periods of reduced feed intake, or high production stress.
Toxicity And Safe Handling
When used correctly, there is no toxicity hazard in the use of ZINPRO 180. Store in a clean and dry environment. Follow label directions and rotate inventory to ensure fresh product.
