For use in the control of cat fleas, dog fleas, American dog ticks and brown dog ticks on cats. This product will begin to kill fleas and ticks within hours. Control of ticks will take a few days to occur after placing the collar on the pet. The collar will continue to control fleas for 8 months by killing adult fleas and flea eggs on your pet. This product may be worn with a regular collar.
Directions
Do NOT remove the collar from its package until ready to use. Place the collar around the cat’s neck, adjust for proper fit and buckle in place by threading flat end of the collar through buckle hole and tighten as necessary, so that at least two ridges are covered by the buckle. Since the plastic buckle is molded into the collar, the possibility of neck irritation and buckle failure is reduced. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the animal and to permit the collar to move around the neck. A properly fitted collar is one that, when fastened, will snugly slide over the cat’s head. Leave 5 to 9 cm on the collar for extra adjustment. Cut off and dispose of extra length in empty pouch and discard in garbage. To release the collar, squeeze buckle between thumb and finger and pull sharply.Do NOT use on sick or nursing animals, or on cats under 12 weeks of age or animals receiving drug or other pesticide treatment. Consult a veterinarian before using on aged or pregnant animals. Replace this collar no more than once every 8 months. Replace collar every 8 months for continual pest control in situations where there is an ongoing risk of pest infestation. RETAIN PACKAGING INFORMATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. Treatment must only be repeated if pest problem reoccurs. For effective flea and tick control, treatment of the pet should be combined with sanitation of any area used by the pet. Vacuum floors, carpets and furniture (discard vacuum bag after use) and wash the pet’s bedding, living quarters and surrounding areas. If pest problems persist, an insecticidal treatment of the premises may be required (e.g. Vet-Kem Siphotrol® Sprays). A veterinarian should be consulted when pest infestation continues to be a problem on the pet.

DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO HANDLE THIS COLLAR. Harmful if collar is sucked or chewed. Dust will form on this collar during storage. Dust may irritate eyes, nose and throat. Harmful if dust is inhaled or absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes, skin and clothing. After handling or applying, wash hands (or any other skin that came into contact with the product) with soap and water. Avoid product contact with food, food utensils or places where food is prepared or stored.Pets
Harmful if collar is chewed or swallowed. Do NOT use this product at the same time or within 30 days before or after treatment with, or exposure to, other cholinesterase-inhibiting drugs, pesticides or chemicals. Dust may irritate eyes, nose and throat. Avoid letting pet inhale dust from collar. Avoid contact with cat’s mouth, face, eyes and genitals. Some animals may be sensitive to this collar. Any collar, when fastened too tightly, may cause skin irritation. If irritation persists after proper adjustment, remove the collar and consult a veterinarian. Monitor your pet closely for the first few days in order to ensure there is no adverse reaction.First Aid: Humans
IF SUCKED OR CHEWED, obtain medical attention or call a poison control centre immediately. If dust contacts skin, wash affected areas with soap and water. If dust contacts eyes, flush eyes with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If skin or eye irritation persists, obtain medical attention. IF DUST FROM COLLAR IS INHALED, remove person to fresh air. Take container, label or product name and PCP Registration Number with you when seeking medical or veterinary attention.Pets
Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, remove collar and bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately. If swallowed or chewed, consult a veterinarian. This product contains a pesticide that is a cholinesterase inhibitor (an anti-cholinesterase compound). Atropine is antidotal if symptoms of cholinesterase inhibition are present.Storage
