Suvaxyn Respifend MhThis treatment applies to the following species:
Mycoplasma Hyopneumoniae Bacterin
For Use in Swine
For Veterinary Use Only
This inactivated and adjuvanted bacterin is for the vaccination of healthy swine as an aid in the control of disease due to Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
DoseAseptically inject 2 mL (2 cc) intramuscularly.
Baby PigsInject 2 mL at 7 to 10 days of age or prior to weaning. Repeat with second dose 2 to 3 weeks after first vaccination.
Feeder pigsInject 2 mL at time of arrival and repeat vaccination 2 to 3 weeks later.
Breeding stockVaccinate susceptible animals or breeding stock of unknown status with two doses given 2 to 3 weeks apart. The first dose should be given at 6 months of age or prior to introduction into a herd. Revaccinate with a single dose semiannually.
Suvaxyn RespiFend MH CautionStore between 2° and 7°C (35° and 45°F). Avoid freezing. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Allergic reactions, although rare, may occur. The antidote is epinephrine.
Contains penicillin as a preservative.
