Tetanus Toxoid

Purified Tetanus Toxoid for vaccination of healthy horses, cattle, swine and sheep, 6 months of age or older, against Tetanus.

Dose

For primary immunization, aseptically inject horses, cattle and swine with 1 mL or sheep with 0.5 mL intramuscularly and repeat the dose in 3 to 4 weeks. A dose should be administered annually.

Super-Tet with Havlogen Caution

Store at 35° to 45°F (2° to 7°C). Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened (10 doses). Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Local reactions may occur if this product is given subcutaneously. Inject deep into the muscle only. Injury should be followed by a booster dose of a vaccine containing Tetanus Toxoid. Consult your veterinarian regarding indications and precautions for the use of tetanus antitoxin. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.

Super-Tet with Havlogen Caution: Needle Is Sharp And May Cause Injury To Self Or Animals If Not Handled Properly Or Disposed Of Properly.

Antidote

Epinephrine.

Contains thimerosal as preservative.
