Warning

Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 21 days after the latest treatment with this drug.

Description

Anti-infective. Oral solution for pig scours.

Spectam Oral Solution Indication

For the treatment of bacterial enteritis (white scours) associated with Escherichia coli in pigs under 4 weeks of age.

Dosage

Pigs under 4.5 kg: 1 mL twice daily.

Pigs over 4.5 kg: 2 mL twice daily.

Treatment may be continued twice daily for 3 to 5 days. If piglets do not improve within 48 hours, diagnosis should be revised.

Spectam Oral Solution Caution

This product is intended for use only in pigs under 4 weeks of age or weighing less than 6.8 kg.

Storage Conditions

Store between 15 °C and 25 °C.
