Spect-aid
This treatment applies to the following species:Expectorant Granules
GUARANTEED ANALYSIS:
Guaifenesin USP 7%, Ammonium Chloride 75%, Potassium Iodide USP 2%, in a sweet, palatable base.
INDICATIONS:
A sweet, palatable granule mixed in water as an expectorant in large animals.
Usual Dosage
Dissolve one pound of Spect-Aid in 1 gallon of water to make stock solution.HORSES, CATTLE & SHEEP: Mix 1 pint of stock solution with 15 to 25 gallons of drinking water, or 1/2 to 1 ounce stock solution three times daily. For horses and cattle, 1/2 to 1 ounce of Spect-Aid may be given in feed or drinking water daily.
SWINE & POULTRY: Mix 1 pint of stock solution with 25 to 50 gallons of drinking water.
Animals should be kept on medication feed or water for 3-4 days, or as recommended by a veterinarian. Allow no other sources of drinking water during treatment.
Keep lid tightly closed and store in a dry place.
Do not store above 30°C (86°F)
