HAZARDS TO HUMANS:

Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Avoid contact with the skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

HAZARDS TO DOMESTIC ANIMALS:

USE ONLY ON DOGS, DO NOT USE ON CATS. Do not use on puppies under 12 weeks of age. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, medicated, pregnant, or nursing animals.

Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.

Certain medications can interact with pesticides. Consult a veterinarian before using on medicated animals.

First Aid

If Swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If On Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 - 20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Do not administer or instill milk, cream or other substances containing vegetable or other animal fats which enhance absorption of lipophilic substances.

Environmental Hazards

This product is extremely toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Rinsing application equipment over the treated area will help avoid run off to water bodies or drainage systems. This pesticide is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow it to drift to blooming crops or weeds while bees are actively visiting the treated area.

Physical Or Chemical Hazards

Do not use or store near heat or open flame.

Directions For Use

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Food utensils such as teaspoons or measuring cups should not be used for food purposes after use with pesticides.

PROTECT PRODUCT AND DILUTIONS FROM FREEZING.

To prepare dilutions, the concentrate should first be stirred or agitated well. Do not hold dilutions for more than 24 hours.

Dilution rate: Dilute 2 to 3 fluid ounces per gallon of water. For spraying of product, use a hand held pump-up sprayer.

For Use as a Spray on Dogs to Control Fleas and Ticks: Spray dogs outside. Start spraying diluted product at the tail, moving the dispenser rapidly and making sure the animal’s entire body is covered, including the legs and underbody. While spraying, fluff the hair so that the spray wets thoroughly. Do not spray into eyes or face. Avoid contact with the genitalia.

For Use as a Dip on Dogs to Control Fleas and Ticks: Wet the dog with water before treatment. Sponge, dip or pour diluted product on the dog until its fur and skin are thoroughly wet, making sure that the animal’s entire body is treated, including the legs and underbody. Do not treat the dog’s face. Let the dog drip-dry. DO NOT RINSE OFF.

Except when spraying or dipping dogs do not enter or allow others to enter treated area until sprays have dried. Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems.

DO NOT USE ON PUPPIES UNDER 12 WEEKS OF AGE. Do not repeat treatment more often than once every 14 days.

Storage And Disposal

PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store only in original container in a cool, dry place inaccessible to children and pets. Keep containers closed and away from other chemicals. Protect from freezing.

PESTICIDE DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER HANDLING: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this continer. If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling, if available. If party filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
