Directions For Use

Maintenance Level Nutritional Need

Mix 1/4 scoop (1 oz) per 2 quarts of milk or warm water (approx. 100°F). Administer for 2 to 4 days.

Moderate Nutritional Need

Mix 1/2 scoop (2 oz) per 2 quarts of milk or warm water (approx. 100°F). Administer for 2 to 4 days.

Severe Nutritional Need

Mix 1 scoop (4 oz) for first 4 feedings. Mix with 2 quarts of milk or warm water (approx. 100°F). Follow with 1/2 scoop (2 oz) for the next 4 feedings.
