Rocco Indications

Rocco Is A Strong Quaternary Ammonium Compound Which Can Be Used As An All-round Disinfectant, For Sanitizing And Disinfecting In Food Plants And In Farm/animal Premises (equipment, Shelters, Processing Tanks, Etc.). rocco In Recommended Dilutions Is Non-corrosive For Inanimate Material.

directions For Use

ROCCO is a concentrated disinfectant and should be diluted before using as directed. Equipment and surfaces subject to direct contact with food must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after treatment with this product.

Sanitizing

Dairy utensils, food, beverage, processing equipment, glassware, etc: Remove all sediment and use 28.4 mL of ROCCO in 27 L of water and spray and flush surfaces. A 10 minutes contact time is necessary.

Drinking troughs, bowls, equipment of non-porous material, etc: Remove all dirt and excrement, then use 28.4 mL of ROCCO in 55 L of water and spray and flush surfaces. A 10 minutes contact time is necessary.

Disinfecting

Food storage bins and sanitizing refuse containers, walls, floors, etc: Remove all dirt and excrement and use 28.4 mL of ROCCO in 12.5 L of water, spray and flush surfaces. A 10 minutes contact time is necessary.

Disinfecting Of Areas Where Infectious Diseases Are Present

Clean areas free from all dirt, then use 28.4 mL of ROCCO in each 9 L of water and spray and flush areas. A 10 minutes contact time is necessary.

Rocco Caution

ROCCO should not be used with soaps, detergents or dairy cleaners which would neutralize the action of ROCCO. Avoid contamination of food during application and storage.

Precaution

Avoid contact with the skin and keep away from food products. Food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water before re-use.

Storage Conditions

Store between 15 and 25 ºC.
