Oxy Tetra Forte Indications

OXY TETRA FORTE is an antibiotic for swine, cattle and poultry indicated for the following reasons:

1. To give newborn animals and birds a healthy start.

2. To prevent outbreaks due to stress.

3. To prevent or treat specific diseases.

4. To improve weight gain.

Oxy Tetra Forte Dosage And Administration

OXY TETRA FORTE may be given as a drench for individual treatment. It may be given in the water for treatment of entire herds. It may also be sprinkled on or mixed in the feed.

Oxy Tetra Forte Caution(s)

Keep out of the reach of children.

Warning(s)

1. Milk taken from treated animals within 60 hours after the last treatment with the drug must not be used in food.

2. Eggs taken from treated birds within five (5) days after the last treatment with the drug must not be used in food.

3. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least seven (7) days for poultry, and 10 days for swine and cattle, after the last treatment with the drug.
