New Z Diazinon Insecticide Cattle Ear Tags Indications

For use on beef and non-lactating dairy cattle to control horn flies (including pyrethroid resistant populations), and as an aid in control of face flies, house flies, stable flies, gulf coast ticks and spinose ear ticks.

Directions For Use

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This labeling must be in the possession of the user at the time of pesticide application.

For optimum pest control and to minimize development of insect resistance, apply two tags per animal (one in each ear) in May to June or when flies first become a problem in the spring. Replace as necessary. NEW Z® Diazinon Insecticide Cattle Ear Tags have been proven effective against pyrethroid resistant Horn Flies for a minimum of 4 months. Remove tags in the fall. Calves less than 3 months of age should not be tagged as ear damage may result. Tags are easily applied and designed for use with the unique New Z® Applicator.

Tagging Instructions: Refer to illustrations below.

1. Put pin in tag loading position.

2. Insert pin in tag.

3. Straighten self-piercing tip and push down onto pin. Seat the tag fully on the pin.

4. Rotate tag to the side. Flip loaded pin down into tagging position.

5. To insert tag in ear, squeeze handles firmly together. Suggested tagging position. Try not to use existing ear tag holes.

6. To remove tagger pull away from animal's ear - Tagger pin automatically flips up to ensure no ripped ears during tagging. Do not release handles!
