Metrilube
This treatment applies to the following species:Instrument Lubricant Concentrate
For the care of surgical instruments.
Lubricates all moving parts.
Helps prevent spotting, staining and rusting.
- Anticorrosive
- Silicone Free
- Nongreasy

- May cause eye and skin irritation.
- May cause throat, mouth and stomach irritation if ingested.
- Repeated inhalation may result in sensitization and allergic reaction in hypersensitive individuals.
Precautionary Measures
- Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents (bleach).
- Long exposure of product to heat and/or humidity may reduce product’s activity.
- Keep in a cool place.
Personal Protective Equipment
- Protective gloves, eye gear, and impervious gown must be worn.
First Aid Measures
Eyes-flush Immediately With Water For 15 Minutes. Seek Medical Attention.
skin-wash With Soap And Water.
inhalation-seek Fresh Air. Consult Physician If Allergic Response Exhibited.
ingestion-do Not Induce Vomiting. Consult Physician.

directions For Use
Shake well before use.
Solution Must Be Disposed Of Weekly Or More Frequently As Necessary Depending On Number Of Instruments Processed.
Manual Lubrication
Mix 1 part MetriLube® with up to 15 parts of deionized or distilled water. (The dilution may be as low as 6 parts of water.)Immerse cleaned instruments in bath for 30-45 seconds. Remove instruments and let drain, then autoclave. Rinsing and wiping are unnecessary.
Automated Washer/disinfectors
Mechanically feed in the Lubrication/Final Rinse cycle of automated washer/disinfectors. Dispense at equipment manufacturer’s recommendations. MetriLube can be used in the dilution range of 1/4 oz. to 2 oz. per gallon.For best results, use in conjunction with MetriWash® Instrument Detergent.
Note: Metrilube Is Not A Detergent Or Sterilant. Instruments Must Be Autoclaved After Treatment.
storage And Disposal
Storage
Store in a cool area.Solution Disposal
For unused solution, flush thoroughly with large quantities of water into sewage disposal system in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.For used solution, the waste solution must be characterized by the generator and disposed of in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Container Disposal
