Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Thiamine Hydrochloride

Riboflavin 5' Sodium Phosphate USP

2 mg

Niacinamide

150 mg

d-Panthenol

10 mg

Pyridoxine HCL

10 mg

Inositol

20 mg

Choline Chloride

20 mg

Benzyl Alcohol (as preservative)

Methaplex Injection Indications

As a source of B complex vitamins for use in the treatment of deficiencies of these vitamins in cattle, sheep, and horses.

Methaplex Injection Dosage And Administration

Administer by intramuscular, subcutaneous or slow intravenous injection. Dosage may be repeated once or twice weekly as needed.

1 to 5 mL per 100 lbs. of body weight.

Warning

Parenteral administration of thiamine has resulted in anaphylactic shock. Administer slowly and with caution in doses over 1/3 mL (50 mg thiamine).

Store at refrigerated temperature between 2° - 8°C (36° - 46°F).
